Data we process
When you complete a contact or licence request form, we process: name, company, email address, and message. We do not collect sensitive data. If you contact us by other means (email, LinkedIn), we process only the data you voluntarily provide.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to: (a) respond to enquiries and information requests, based on your consent or pre-contractual measures; (b) manage the commercial relationship, once established, based on contract performance; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request. Where a commercial relationship exists, data is retained for the duration of the contract and the applicable statutory periods thereafter (generally 5 years in Argentina). Data with no commercial activity is deleted or anonymised after 2 years.
Recipients
We do not sell or transfer personal data. We may use technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as processors under confidentiality agreements. The service is currently hosted on Hostinger infrastructure (EU). If we use CRM or support tools, we will inform you.
International transfers
As we operate from Argentina and serve clients in the European Union, an international data transfer may occur. Argentina holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission (Decision 2003/490/EC). EU users retain the rights recognised under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability of your data by writing to contacto@bdapi.app. EU users may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their member state. Users in Argentina may contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP, aaip.gob.ar).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. That said, no internet transmission system is completely secure.
